Our app is intended solely as a convenience tool to make expense division easier. We do not process or facilitate actual payments, nor do we guarantee payment between users.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) $0 USD, or (b) the total amount you paid to Payback in the 12 months prior to the claim (if applicable).

You also acknowledge and agree that Payback LLC is not liable for any issues, losses, or damages that may arise from your use of the Services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Payback LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
